The West End Fair is pleased to announce the 8th annual Fair Queen Scholarship Program. The winner will receive a $1,000 Queen scholarship. Second place will recieve a $500 Princess scholarship. Participants will be judged on a 300 word essay “What My Fair Means to My Community”, personal interview, and speech pertaining to the essay. This program is open to all Monroe County females between the ages of 16 to 20. This will be a great opportunity for girls to get involved with their community, help with money for college, and help them be better individuals.
