The West End Fair is a treasured tradition, and the support of our community helps it grow and thrive year after year. There are several meaningful ways you can contribute—whether it’s through a monetary gift, the donation of a bench, or planting a tree that adds to the natural beauty of our fairgrounds.
Tree Donations
One of the most beloved features of the West End Fair is its shady groves of majestic oaks, maples, and pines. These trees offer not only beauty and comfort, but a lasting connection to those who’ve made an impact on our community.
We invite you to honor a loved one or leave your own legacy by donating a tree. Each $300 donation includes the planting of a tree on the fairgrounds and an entry on a commemorative board listing the donor’s name and personalized information.

Bench Donations
