ITEM DROP OFF & PICK UP

Here are a few key details:

1. Exhibitor Entry Fees.
   Departments 1-9: $10 entry fee
   Departments 11-24: $10 entry fee
   
   Please note: if you enter both Department 1 and Department 19, your total entry fee will be $20. Exhibitors may still enter a maximum of 20 items per department, regardless of the department.
   
   
2. Fair Book Information.
   The fair book will only be available online at www.thewestendfair.com
   
   You can find the current fair book and entry forms under the "Exhibits" tab (if using a phone, click the three lines at the top of the page)
   Printed copies of the fair book will be available through Copy Corner. Please call ahead before picking one up, as books will need to be printed for you. Their phone number is 570-992-4769
   
   
3. Pre-Registration Deadlines.
   Departments 1-9 and 11-24 must pre-register by July 23rd
   Department 10 must register to the Cooperative Extension by July 13.
   
   
4. Exhibit Drop-Off Times.
   Departments 11-24 exhibits: Saturday, August 22, from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
   Department 10 non-livestock exhibits: Saturday, August 22, from 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM
   Department 10 livestock exhibits: Saturday, August 22, from 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM
   Departments 1-9 livestock: Saturday from 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM, or Sunday from 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM
   
   
5. Exhibit Pick-Up
   Exhibits may be picked up on Sunday, August 30, from 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM.
   Livestock may be removed after 10:00 PM on Saturday, August 28.
