
ITEM DROP OFF & PICK UP
Dear Exhibitor,
The West End Fair is fast approaching and we hope you have started to think about what you might like to enter. Fair week will run from August 17 through August 23. Exhibitors must pre-register by July 23 for Departments 1-9 and Departments 11-25. Department 10 must register with the Cooperative Extension by July 11.
Here are a few key details:
- Our cost to enter as an exhibitor.
Departments 1- 9 will pay $10 to enter Departments 11-24 will pay $10 to enter.
You still can only enter a total of 20 items per department no matter what the department is.
Yes, that means if you enter Department 1 and Department 19, you will pay $20. - You will no longer get a postcard that we have received your entry form.
If worried about if we have received your form. Give me 2 weeks from the date you sent your entry and e-mail me and I can confirm receipt. - The fair book will only be available online at www.thewestendfair.com

There are new entry forms for all departments.
For a fee, you can obtain a printed book from Copy Corner which is located in Saylorsburg
(Please call before going for a book. They will need to be printed for you. 570-992-4769) - We have 2 new contests in Department 22:
PACF American 250th PA Apron Contest
- Sewing half apron, bib apron or printed apron in patriotic colors of red, white and blue only
- First place winner is eligible to enter Apron in 2026 PA State Farm Show
Recycled Junk Art Contest
- Pick up 5 Gallon Bucket Aug 1, 2, or 3 that is filled with assorted Recycled Material
- Create a free-standing project that may not exceed 14” X 14” X 2' high
- Include a photo or index card description of what item is or is based on - Items will be brought to the fairgrounds:
Department 11-23 exhibits on Saturday, August 16 from 9 AM – 5 PM.
Department 10 on Saturday, August 16, 12-4 PM; Livestock Saturday 2 PM - 4 PM.
Departments 1- 9 bring their animals in on Saturday 2 PM- 4 PM or Sunday 10 AM - 4 PM. - Exhibits are to be picked up Sunday, August 24 from 10AM - Noon.
You can pick up checks at the arena ticket booth.
You will just need to show an entry tag with your name.
