The West End Fair wouldn’t be possible without the dedication and support of our incredible volunteers. Each year, community members of all ages come together to help make the fair a success—and we’re always looking for new helping hands.

Volunteer Opportunities

We have a variety of roles available, including:

  • Gate Workers – Assist with welcoming guests and checking tickets
  • Trash Pickup – Help keep the fairgrounds clean and enjoyable for everyone
  • Building Watchers – Monitor exhibit buildings to ensure safety and organization
  • Entry & Judging Day Clerks – Support judges and organizers during exhibit evaluations
  • Livestock Crew – Help with animal areas, including setup, maintenance, and care
