Set up begins on Friday 4/10 from 6:00-8:00PM & 6:00AM on Saturday and Sunday
Outdoor Vendor/Flea Market/Crafter: spots are available. – Outdoor space 16’X20’. No electric or water and you provide your own tent, tables, chairs etc...
- 16 x 20 spot is $25 per day if registered before April 1 ($35 day of)
- You can choose to attend both days or only one. Please note this on the registration form.
Indoor Vendor/Flea Market/Crafter: spots are available. – Indoor space 10’x8’. Includes one 8ft. table, 2 chairs, and the ability for electric. Building is not heated.
- 10x8 spot is $100 for both days if registered before April 1
- Due to this being a premium indoor space, you must be able to attend both days. These spaces are LIMITED and will be assigned to the first received payments and completed registration forms.
Food Truck/Alcohol Vendors: Spots are available.
- $200 for both days if registered before April 1 ($250 day of)
- Electric will be provided but NO water (generators may also be used). Must provide liability insurance ($1,000,000 minimum).
*RAIN OR SHINE! This event will not be cancelled due to weather. This is an indoor and outdoor event. Be prepared for any type of weather. No refunds. Will consider it a donation to the West End Fair.*
*We do NOT accept credit card or online payments. Please send cash, check, money orders (checks payable to West End Fair Association) along with the completed vendor registration form to:
